BUT MANY PEOPLE THINK BY STARVING THEY CAN LOSE WEIGHT OR BY FOLLOWING DIFFERENT DIETS LIKE GM DIET OR KETO DIET ETC.....
BUT MANY TEENAGERS FOLLOW THIS AND LOSE SOME POUNDS AND AGAIN RE GAIN IT AFTER SOMETIME.
BECAUSE THESE DIETS ARE NOT SAFE SPECIALLY FOR TEENAGERS BECAUSE THERE BODY ARE ON DEVELOPING STAGE AND NEED GOOD NUTRITIOUS FOOD FOR GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT.
THESE DIETS ONLY LOSE OUR MUSCLES BUT NOT OUR FAT..... SO FOR LOSING WEIGHT YOU HAVE TO CONCENTRATE ON BOTH DIET AND EXERCISE. THIS IS FOR EVERYONE TEENAGERS AND ADULTS.
THERE ARE TWO TYPE OF PEOPLE:
1. ONE WHO DIET'S WELL BUT DON'T DO EXERCISE.
2. ONE WHO DO EXERCISE WELL BUT DON'T DIET AT ALL.
WE CAN SEE 90% PEOPLE FOLLOWING FIRST.
BUT FOR A PROPER WEIGHT LOSS YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW BOTH. 80/20 RULE
THESE ARE SOME IMPORTANT STEPS TO LOSE WEIGHT:
1. AVOID EATING OILY FOOD.
2. AVOID EATING SWEET AND PROCESSED FOODS.
3. AVOID DRINKING TEA OR COFFEE.
4. AVOID STARVING FOR HOURS.
5. SLEEP EARLY AND WAKE EARLY.
6. GET 6 TO 7 HOURS SLEEP.
7. AVOID EXCESSIVE SLEEP.
8. DO EXERCISE DAILY.
20% IS ACTIVITY YOU CAN RUN OR WALK OR DO EXERCISE BUT INVOLVE YOURSELF IN DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES.
BUT DON'T BE LAZY.
